Targets, actuals, commission plans and the attainment KPIs over them.
sales-performance measures a person against a goal and pays them for it.
| Table | Holds |
|---|---|
sales_targets | A numeric goal for a metric over a date range. |
sales_actuals | Imported sell-through measures per store and date. |
sales_commission_plans | The rules a payout is computed from. |
sales_commission_statements | One person × period record, moving calculated → approved → locked. |
A rep reads the actuals for the stores they cover; commission sums a rep's actuals over their covered subtree. Calculating, approving and locking a period are privileged functions, and unlocking one is audited with a reason.

sales.read and sales.manage. A person always reads their own targets and statements.
The routes leave the sidebar and nothing computes commission. Orders and the catalog stay.
The field solution replaces this module with work-performance: date-grained facts with the run that produced them, targets distributed per day, KPIs bound to an organization level, scorecards and reviews, commission plans with rules, tiers and assignments, statements separated into commission and confirmed incentive claims, and payroll exports with a tenant-authored column layout. This module is deleted by the phase that ships it.
